COMPANY  INFORMATION TAB

Click on “Company Information” to add/edit  employee’s information. The calendar is displayed after clicking an input box which expects a date. Click on the calendar to add a date into the input box.  Click on the dropdown arrow to input/change an employee's Position or Department. Required information in this tab are a unique employee number or SS#, a D.L. Expiration date if you plan on running the D.L. Expiration Report, and an employee Position( which will reference training on the Training Tab.

 

Click Add Position to type in a new Position(Add Department for department). To Edit or Delete a Position or Department, click the dropdown button and then highlight the position before clicking the Edit/Delete button. Clicking causes an input/confirm box to appear.
