TRAINING  TAB

Just double click the TrainTracks icon on your desktop to start the program. The main form is displayed showing

 the first employee in your database along with Training information.    

Drop Down Menus:

File…….

……….Search by First  or last name of employee

……….Exit Program

Reports..

……….ReTraining Needed within 30, 120 or 182 days

……….License Expirations within 30, 120, or 182 days

……….Orientations Needed reports employees incomplete orientations

……….Training Complete reports training per employee

……….CDL Drivers List Lists employees with CDL Licenses

……….About General information and version #

……….Help Help with using the program

           

Buttons:

Add Employee allows a new record to be added for an employee

Remove Employee deletes the stored information for an employee

Cancel updates and additions since last record move

Save  saves updates to the database w/o exit

Exit stops the program and updates the employee database

 

 

ADDING TRAINING

Add Training by first clicking on the * box under the Training Course header which displays a dropdown arrow. Clicking on the dropdown arrow opens the Required Training Window for that particular Position. When viewing the Required Training window you can add, edit or delete training courses applicable for that particular position.  Double click on the Required Training course moves it to the Employee’s Training Tab.

 

 

Click the cell under the Training Date Header then the arrow, then click a calendar date to input the Training Date for the new course. Repeat for the Retrain Date.  To open another * line for input, click a record move button or hit save.  A Training Course must have a Training Date and Retrain Date and the Retrain Date must be later than the Training Date. Training Course, Training Date and Retrain Date can be edited but they cannot be deleted unless the entire grid line is deleted (Click in far left column to highlight the entire row then hit your keyboard Delete Key).
